From the development point of view, everyone in this short life facing the mission of physical development, psychological development, and the development of social roles. Graduate students as a higher degree of talent in our country, is also faced with learning, employment, growth, communication and other various aspects of different tasks, whether can completed tasks of this stage smoothly, and to lay a good foundation for the next phase of development, individual health of body and mind development is an important premise and foundation. Since 1999 began to expansion the enrollment of colleges and universities, graduate students recruit scale has been expanded, reached 551000 in 2014. Compared with the undergraduates ideological and political education has complete organization management system, the existing graduate students ideological and political education to some extent unable to fully meet the psychological needs of postgraduates and graduates actual working needs. For this purpose, this paper based on the existing research results and according to the actual graduate student groups’characteristic, use the "psychological education group" mode to the ideological and political education of graduate students, make it as a kind of drive about graduate student innovation way of ideological and political education method,and to get the goal of improve the effect about the ideological and political education for graduate students."Psychological education group" mode to students’ growth and development as a fundamental, emphasis on helping the development of the function, believe that students have the ability to help themselves, it’s a kind of help and services. It based on the psychological theory, according to the theory of interpersonal communication as the main line, group dynamics theory as the central idea, pay attention to the personality and development of members.This thesis consists of five chapters. The first part set forth to the introduction of the research purpose, significance, research status and thinking of research. The second part mainly theoretically analysis the psychological education group in graduate students’ideological and political education. The third part mainly introduces the application of psychological education group model in graduate ideological and political education. The fourth part through the instance argument the feasibility and effectiveness of group model in ideological and political education. The fifth part tries to explore new ways of graduate students’ideological and political education from the group model.In a word, "psychological education group" model as an effective supplement about the ideological and political education, is conducive to better achieve the effect of the ideological and political education. But at the same time, this pattern also needs to be constantly developed and improved in practical application.
