Graduate students as High-level talents in the education system fulfill the mission of high-end talent supply and scientific and technological innovation,while colleges and universities still adhere to the value orientation of achievement-oriented,and the phenomenon of graduate students with high intelligence and low morality still exists.Facing the new era,new requirements,and new changes,it is necessary to optimize and innovate from the perspective of connecting theory and practice in order to improve the effectiveness of postgraduate ideological and political education.This study is divided into four parts:The first part clarifies the relevant concepts and characteristics of the key object of this research,that is,the ideological and political path of postgraduates,and emphasizes its particularity and necessity.At the same time,the relevant theories are explained to lay a theoretical foundation for the following writing.This chapter is the logical starting point.The second part focuses on the situation of graduate ideological in the new era.Macroscopically,it is faced with the continuous improvement of postgraduate training objectives,the intensification of information networking and the trend of postgraduate enrollment expansion.In addition,the cultural level,moral cognition,and self-awareness of the current postgraduate group have improved,but there are still tendencies such as lower ideological and political requirements,indifferent awareness of academic integrity,and worrying about mental health.It is necessary to adhere to relevant principles to develop new ideas and new paths.This chapter is logically motivated.The third part summarizes the current situation of the path for postgraduates in colleges,and analyzes the problems and reasons.At present,the development trend of postgraduate ideological and political education in my country is good.It should be noted that colleges and universities have gradually formed a postgraduate ideological and political education path system based on the path of ideological and political courses,academic research paths,campus culture paths,and social practice paths.At the same time,there are still some problems in its internal response,and it cannot meet the needs of real work and innovation in the new era,and there is still room for optimization and expansion.This chapter is a logical passage.In the fourth part,on the basis of clarifying the ideas and goals of optimization and innovation,respectively propose path optimization and path innovation strategies.On the one hand,combined with the problems existing in the main path,the optimization strategy of postgraduate ideological and political path is put forward from the perspectives of exerting the subjectivity of postgraduates,promoting healthy communication between teachers and students,emphasizing political leadership and synergy.On the other hand,regarding the weak paths that have not been paid attention to at present,the path innovation strategies are put forward from the perspectives of network education,psychological education,organizational education,and funding education,providing some reference for the continuous enrichment and improvement of graduate students’ ideological and political paths.This chapter is the logical end. |
