Teacher Autonomy Support (Autonomy Support) refers to the teacher’s support to student’s autonomy. Students’ ability will be improved and potential be arouse when experiencing high teacher autonomy support. One of the goals of the basic chemistry education is to improve the students’ ability of chemistry discipline. At present domestic study about teacher autonomy support pay attention to its influence on the development of the students, but the main focus in the field of psychological research, discussing the relationship between teacher autonomy support and the students’motivation, self-efficacy, or creativity, lacking of studies involves the subject and the development of the ability.Through large sample questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, this research quantitatively detect students’ perceived teacher’s autonomy support and correlation with chemistry learning, and put forward some teaching Suggestions.Main aim of This study (1) from two aspects of attitude and interest subject ability to evaluate chemical learning, reference a lot about the document of subject ability construction and measure, draw lessons from PISA science evaluation framework, construct the ability and interest in chemistry discipline attitude assessment framework. (2) using Rasch model and check according to the evaluation framework establishment of measurement tools-high student chemistry subject ability and interest in attitude questionnaire. (3) using high student chemistry subject ability and interest in attitude questionnaire and formulated by William and Deci students perceived teacher autonomy support questionnaire on 600 high school students conducted a questionnaire survey. (4) with Winstep3.72.0 and SPSS15.0 and Excel software to process the questionnaire result.The study finds out the following conclusions:(1) consruct the chemistry subject development assessment from three dimension:the scientific explanation of chemical phenomena, design and evaluation of chemical related scientific inquiry, scientific understanding of experiment data and the fact t plus interest and attitude, using Rasch model establishment assessment tool is feasible. (2) the students’ interest in chemistry discipline and perceived significant positive correlation between teachers’ independent support. (3) the students attitude towards the chemical sciences and perceived teacher autonomy support no statistically significant relationship. (4) the students chemistry subject ability and students’ perceived teacher autonomy support all have positive correlation, positive correlation but did not reach statistical significance.Paper also puts forward some teaching Suggestions accordingly, and the reflection.of the shortness of research...
