The study of Children’s right of discourse is a new subject of research, which springs up as people start to realize the importance of subject consciousness and the right consciousness of modern society, and pay more attention to children and the value of childhood. It is the inevitable choice of history and the requests of spirit of age to respect and guarantee children’s right of discourse.The essay is divided into three parts, namely introduction, body and ending, and the body has four chapters.The first chapter is making some necessary exploration of basic theories of children’s rights of discourse. It starts with the analysis of the content, which shows its diversity because of various expressions of children. Secondly, from the perspectives of theory and law, the author believes that children’s right of discourse is absolutely right and legitimate; Finally, the statements of the value of children’s rights of discourse express the significant meanings to the development of children and the society.The second chapter demonstrates the current situation of children’s rights of discourse of our country. Through the site observation and analysis of literatures, the author finds that the protection of the children’s rights of discourse is badly absent in the fields, like family, school and society etc, which is unoptimistic.The third chapter mainly probes into the traditional concepts behind the absence of children’s rights of discourse. The author believes that the absence is mainly attributed to traditional views, knowledge and education for children.This study describes, at some length, the concrete content of traditional values, and how they threaten the rights of the children’s discourse from the cultural and psychological viewpoint of ordinary people in our country.The fourth chapter, on the basis of last chapter, is to discuss the protection methods from the perspective of concept-changing. As changing concept is the top priority of protecting children’s rights of discourse, this study suggests that we should reform the traditional values on children, establish the modern ones, respect children’s subject values and believe their abilities. Reform traditional views of knowledge and break the shackles of objectivism to establish our values of modern knowledge under the theories of constructiveness and postmodernism. We should also hold the belief "All for Children" to reform the traditional views of education in order to achieve the modernization of education concepts in our country.
