As the rapid development of mobile devices, Mobile learning is rising gradually. Mobile learning which is accepted by the public as informal learning activities In addition, It can be seen that the hardware which support for mobile learning conditions have been gradually developed and perfected, and the software are concern by the public widely. As the software which support the normal development mobile learning. The construction of mobile learning resources are also paid attention. So to design the suitable learning resources is that we need to pay attention and research. Although the technology forward, the mobile devices develop rapidly. By Throughout the existing mobile learning course, since the content is too much or too large makes its utilization is not high. In order to develop the superiority of mobile learning, to design the suitable mobile learning resources becomes more and more important.Inspired by the building national quality resource sharing course and the related theory, the study conduct in view of visual culture courses. The author has made a preliminary ideas, by the in-depth interviews of the need of mobile learning resources in visual culture courses, and then according to the feature, combining with the home and abroad research data, the author formulate the overall goal and scheme, including six elements: subject selection, objective analysis, content designation, event designation, media designation and evaluation designation. Subsequently, dividing knowledge of visual culture courses based on the method of cutting the knowledge, selected three points as the practical case to carry out the designation. The three knowledge points are "the meaning of symbol", "the signified level diagram ", "the Implication of cheongsam". Finally, the author apply the documentation, and gather the data, and then evaluate the availability; of the designed and developed resource.Practical has proved, the design of the mobile learning resources of the visual culture course is an effective exploration to theory and practice. The results show that the mobile learning resource designed can achieve teaching objectives. As a research on the design and development of learning about resources, the author summarized that the analysis of needs and pre-feasibility is a prerequisite to carry out research and the design goal can guide the study. At the same time, the specific design elements are the main way...These are the important guarantee for the success of this research.
