Since the 21st century, Education in China has been popularized and has experienced from a simple stage focused on scale development to a stage seeking for improve the quality of personnel training and school-running efficiency from all sides; which symbolized the advent of Performance Management of University teachers era. College teachers are the carriers of the social talents. The enthusiasm of the college teachers plays a significant role upon the creation of social knowledge. Therefore, from the point of the Incentive Theory and the Target Management Method, the rationality of the college remuneration system is a main factor to arouse the enthusiasm and initiative of the employees.In 2010, the implementation of Performance Wage Management Method among colleges in China had improved the college teachers’ income level. Each school established their own allowance distribution schemes which are suitable for the development of the schools. After the four year’s implementation, whether the performance wage played the regulative role in the college remuneration system? This research study takes GT College as an example to analyze the current situation of the remuneration system and the problems, through the 360 - degree evaluation method, balanced score card and other related performance evaluation methods, the author came up with solutions to the existing problems in order to optimize the remuneration system at GT College. Therefore, the rationality of the allowance distribution can be improved and thus adapt to the development of both the college and society.
