With the new curriculum reform requirements, students are no longer the audience in the classroom is the main classroom, teacher to student-centered teaching. The rapid development of society needs to adapt to the development of human society, the center is the development of people, education must cultivate a variety of adaptable people, only allow students to have a variety of capabilities to be well adapted to the different needs of society. Secondary education is an important part of education. Students are an independent thinking individual, the individual will be different between the cognitive differences, in order to better promote student learning, as teachers, we must understand the students adopt different teaching strategies depending on the student’s cognitive differences, promote effective learning students.According to field independent writer and field-dependent students with different cognitive style characteristics, studies in chemistry teaching teaching strategies. In this study, Tianzhu County, Gansu Province, a second-year high school students in two parallel classes, with inlaid graphics tests measure cognitive style type in each class select typical 15 field-independent and 15 games dependent type students as research subjects, according to field-independent and field-dependent cognitive style characteristics of students, using different teaching strategies for teaching, more than two months after the implementation of the two classes of students tested and interviews for the selected object. The results showed that: fieldindependent cognitive styles of students more interested in(1) teachers in the teachin g process through a concept extended to another concept, intuitive conceptual block diagram shown teaching strategies;(2) to enable students to discover personally ques tion, explore and solve problems of inquiry teaching strategies;(3) students through t eachers’ knowledge after a comprehensive analysis section, form the overall teaching strategy. Field-dependent cognitive style of students are more inclined to(1) suspen se teachers in the teaching process, inspire students, arouse students’ interest in learni ng teaching strategies;(2) in teaching more intuitive, the image of teaching problem solving teaching strategies;(3) to evaluate the students’ work and timely completion,job problems, and for student achievement affirmative teaching strategies.
