Effectively evaluating students’ answers and performance is answer-evaluation. response is full of wisdom, emotion and technique. It doesn’t only guide stude-nts to be out of misunderstanding area, But also bring excellence for class. E-xcellent response can maximize study passion, inspire study enthusiasm and cre-ate comfortable, harmonious environment for teachers and students.Base on existing study, such study takes high classes of primary school as an example.And take ten teachers as observation object. By the means of liter-ature studying, observation, action studying, and make use of pedagogy, psych-ology, I summarize current mathematics course status at primary school and analyze causes to sum up high efficiency response low efficiency answer-evalu-ation. Then base on inspecting and learning from forty courses of high quality conducted by senior teachers and eight experimental courses (Class1_Class4), I put forward my own opinion and proposal.The theory was divided into 3 sections. Section 1 is introduction. Section2 states courses can be divided into diagnosis answer-evaluation, extension answ-er-evaluation and indifferent answer-evaluation. Through observing primary sch-ool mathematics courses. Diagnosis answer-evaluation includes inspiration answe-r-evaluation and general answer-evaluation. High class answer-evaluation mainl-y focus on extension. Inspiration answer-evaluation almost don’t contain substan-ce answer-evaluation. Extension and diagnosis response have some common co-ntent. For indifferent response, each answer-evaluation proportion is balanced. Different age decides different response times. Different questions decides differ-ent response type. Teachers’ sex also has relation with response type.By analyzing current status and combining better response cases, such stud-y states seven principle should be followed at mathematics courses of primary school:equally treatment, emotion penetration, difference evaluation, rich resp-onse, clear direction, wisdom creation and thinking development.
