The end of preschool to early school-age is the important point for children’s overall development, ready to children’s emotional and social aspects of its transition from early childhood settings to formal schooling is of great significance. The adjustment ability which Preschool children in order to effectively adapt to the change of social situation on their own behavior and mood is called preparing for the entrance level of children’s emotional and social development. At present, abroad tool for children’s school readiness assessment tools for children age range is larger or too much content, and the domestic study in the school readiness of preschool children started relatively late, lack of the targeted assessment tools in this field. This study aims to develop the suitable tools from interpersonal, moral character, self-awareness, emotion and social adaptation five aspects for our country preschool children’s emotional and social assessment, then select the children who lack of school readiness in this filed and put forward suggestions on how to improve the level of development.This research revise the unreasonable project by the small sample test, using SPSS statistical software for test the reliability and validity of scale and prove the design is reasonable, can be used as the diagnostic tool for assessing the development of preschool children. The author selected 200 preschool children whose ages were 5 to 7 years old from the three different types kindergarten of Xi’an, with test method is given priority to, to children’s parents school readiness level assessment scale. At the same time, adopt the way of individual measured one-on-one assessment of children, to explore children’s development level and analyze the conclusion. The specific results are as follow:The analysis of reliability and validity with project of final inspection concluded that the scale in line with the requirements of standard, can make effective to distinguish the level of children’s emotional and social development. According to the statistics found that parents and researchers for coincided basically with the judgment of the development level, but there are still inconsistent phenomenon:relatively speaking, parents evaluation scores overall higher than that of the researchers, parents think children in terms of "self-consciousness" development level is low, but the researchers found that children in the aspect of "interpersonal communication" needs to be improved. In general, children’s emotional and social development level of the overall situation is good. Analysis of data shows, children’s gender and age had significant effect on the emotional and social development, nature of the kindergarten and parents age also influence on children’s level. The study found that every generation of raising or are being raised by the lineal total score below average children’s emotional and social development, the influence of family education on children is extremely important. Key kindergarten children in emotional and social total scores and two aspects of "self-awareness" and "social adaptation" can get better development, mixed age class children’s development level is generally higher than the average.Based on children’s school readiness in the highlight in the field of emotional and social problems, and the status of kindergarten and family should strengthen cooperation which teachers and parents generally investigate. This study provide suggestions from two aspects:the family and kindergarten, strengthen family, kindergarten and primary school of multi-directional cooperation, integrating the resource of the kindergarten and family, so as to promote the interaction between the three parties, in order to promote children’s emotional and social development of family and kindergarten cooperation and communication.
