| "School readiness" is one of the research focuses on the combination of early childhood education and primary education after the young convergence.School readiness can not only provide a reliable prediction of children’s academic progress,but also have a profound impact on the future development of children.In the process of urbanization,the rural educational institutions and the educated children are directly or indirectly affected by urbanization.Therefore,this study selected in Yuzhong County of Lanzhou city in the process of urbanization as the research base,through on-the-spot investigation,understand the local children’s school readiness status,analyzing the influence factors of the preliminaries,try to put forward some preliminaries suggestions.Through data processing,found under the background of urbanization level of school readiness for children has the following characteristics: Children’s school readiness in general level;children enrolled in the field of health and sports and social development to relatively good health;children in the learning field of school readiness is relatively weak;the children in the field of language development and cognitive development in the field of school readiness deficiencies.This study found that the influence factors of children’s school readiness in the context of urbanization mainly come from two aspects: family and kindergarten.In the family: parents occupation and culture influences the children’s school readiness and knowledge strategy;parents cultural level is low,poor self-efficacy,on the field of children’s school readiness is not balanced;the family structure is more conducive to the backbone of the family of children’s social development in the field of school readiness;the role of the father is generally absent,have a negative impact on the children’s social development.In kindergarten,the teachers lack of scientific and comprehensive knowledge of preparing for school,lack of concern for the disadvantaged children’s school readiness level.According to the analysis of the influencing factors,in order to help under the background of urbanization improve children’s school readiness level,parents shouldimprove the understanding of the importance of school readiness,master certain school readiness education strategy,establish the scientific concept of comprehensive school readiness,ready to balance in all areas,and improve the school readiness of the participation of the father.The kindergarten teachers professional training should carry out school readiness related knowledge,establish a comprehensive view of children’s school readiness,strengthen children’s school readiness theory based on the guidance of parents,parents to improve school readiness cognitive level,and should focus on difficult family preliminaries. |
