Under the background of basic education reform in our country, geography teaching not only teachers to impart knowledge, what is more important for students to master process method and the cultivation of emotional attitude values. Current international Marine severe form, especially to make our country in the east China sea, with Japan in the boundaries of the south sea area of southeast Asian nations, islands sovereignty exist a great deal of controversy, and at the same time as the population grows there is a shortage of resources, environmental deterioration, people look to the future development of the ocean. But a nation and even the national sense of understanding of the Marine awareness and sea how many are important, therefore, Marine education is more and more attention by the governments. In our country, Marine education is mainly manifested in the high school geography curriculum. In high school geography course of Marine education more accord with the requirement of quality education in our country, to cultivate all-round development of people. But, in 2012 China national ocean consciousness research reflects the national Marine knowledge poverty, ocean consciousness is relatively weak. At the same time, the current research of Marine education for high school also is very few, therefore, in this paper, the research of Marine education, analysis of the causes of the current situation of combined with high school are compulsory teaching material analysis put forward feasible countermeasures, hoping to Marine education in high school high school teaching process has certain help.This study based on elementary education curriculum reform, in order to constructivist pedagogy theory, humanism education theory and the sustainable development theory as the theoretical support of this research, the analysis summary for Marine education scholars both at home and abroad related research results, define the concept of Marine education and analysis of high school geography teaching material. Himself from the related content, the teaching goal, writing intention and knowledge structure in the analysis, the following conclusions:(1) The overall knowledge structure of complete, marine knowledge systematically.(2) Elective textbooks pay more attention to the cultivation of student’s process, methods and skills.(3) The required materials associated with elective textbooks in Marine education, imbalance.(4) Compulsory teaching material in Marine education content is missing.Then use the methods such as interview, questionnaire survey and classroom observation of asking municipality high school geography of Marine education present situation investigation. Analysis of the results of the survey to the following conclusion:(1) Most of the students do not pay attention to the study of marine related content.(2) the ocean of knowledge to grasp the situation:compulsory curricular materials for high school students in the ocean of knowledge to grasp the situation than the ocean of knowledge acquired from extracurricular, elective textbook grasp the situation better marine knowledge; knowledge compulsory textbooks for school students involved have but the extra-curricular knowledge forgotten know more than high school students.(3) Students to gain knowledge of the ocean is more simple.(4) The ocean consciousness for ocean consciousness weak on the whole, including their ocean sovereignty consciousness is strong; Marine environment, Marine resources, Marine environmental consciousness is stronger; Marine homeland consciousness is very weak; and a lack of understanding of the Marine rights and interests of Marine policy.(5) Teachers in few oceanographic education at ordinary times, in the usual test also involves only required the knowledge in textbooks, rarely also organize the student after class for Marine education related activities.(6) The school doesn’t open ocean geography elective course, and there is no Marine education and cultural environment and resources.Combined with China’s national conditions and high school geography teaching material, I think the reason for the existence of the status quo:history of the thought of" Attaches great importance to the land, contempt of the ocean "; The proportion of the land and sea difference; Teaching material ratio on the compulsory teaching material content on cut relatively concentrated, the lack of Marine education; Exam-oriented education mechanism, the ocean and not as a test of schools, teachers and students do not take the mutual influence, etc.Finally, according to survey results shown in the actual problem, teaching material of compulsory course content from teachers, schools, students and society three this article discusses the strategies of Marine education.(1) Teachers should complement of Marine compulsory teaching material on knowledge and taking the content of the teaching material; To take the Angle of training in the teaching material to the ocean consciousness, readjusting the clear teaching objectives; Used in the process of teaching the problems to explore; In the Settings related to Marine education practice in class activities.(2) The students first to the ocean of learning attitude, attaches great importance to the Marine education. Second, outside the classroom to contact on the ocean of books, newspapers and news reports increase the ocean of knowledge.(3) The school must first provide for Marine education resources and the environment, the second will be ocean education into the curriculum to cause the attention of the teachers and the students, and finally to encourage teachers to Marine education and scientific research, summarize the experiences of Marine education.(4) The society should strengthen the national Marine education, and give full play to the role of the media, in their daily lives to national Marine education, increase our national Marine knowledge, set up the ocean consciousness.This study is limited to high school geography subject of Marine education research, but the Marine education should be different from the vertical infiltration education between disciplines, should be a lifelong education from the horizontal. Hope that with the continuous development of Marine, arouse people’s attention, there are more people to study of Marine education, pay more attention to the perspective of different disciplines of Marine education, ultimately form a complete system of knowledge in education in middle school. More important is from elementary school, middle school to university set up a complete system of education.
