In the current of new curriculum reform, how to optimize the existing education based on classroom teaching, and determine the level of student learning, and object evaluation of student participation and performance, and mobilize the enthusiasm of students,to improve teachers’ professional competence and other issues, has become the core issues of common concern to teachers in the information environment. Therefore, construction of the evaluation system is an effective solution. However, it is far from played proper value and role. This article studies the following aspects to "which evaluation system can promote the improvement of teaching quality" as the goal, focus on "why build a new online teaching self-evaluation system in teaching? how to build an online teaching self-evaluation system? Online teaching evaluation system can be constructed to produce what kind of role in promoting the teaching?"The first chapter attempts to answer the first question. The article discuss the main problems from the theoretical and practical background, including the lack of evaluation system for integrity evaluation process platform or only focus on a part of particular practice research. It ignores various stages of different assessment tasks and goals, lacking of systematic evaluation process. Therefore, the article try to construct a evaluation system containing the entire teaching process from placement assessment, process assessment, summative assessment.The second and third chapter attempts to answer the second research question. The second chapter discusses theoretical foundation of constructing the evaluation system including constructivism, multiple intelligence, placement assessment, process assessment, summative assessment. The third chapter discusses its practical foundation including principle, process architecture, the evaluation program.The fourth chapter attempts to answer the third question. First of all, the evaluation system penetrates the whole teaching process from the perspective of both teachers and students. Teachers can independently design assessment activities based on student characteristics and familiarity with the course. Secondly, it is applied to high school information technology courses "smart tool handles information", presenting and explaining the process of evaluation system works in real classroom. The results show that the self-evaluation system had a positive impact on students and teachers in this section.By summing up the research results, the author puts forward the necessity to build an online self-evaluation system, which is urgent to help teacher creating multi-dimensional evaluation activities in a systematic way.
