The value of education is to raise the value of people. But people is vary. So the value of education should include that enhance the value of the different people. The teacher should has different effects on students’ idea. The teacher’s authority is affecting students in the teacher-student interaction process. It covers ideas, knowledge, ability and so on. Therefore, from the perspective of elevating different students’value, the teacher’s authority should exhibit different characteristics. In addition, the combination of the current uniform and non-sex education, I propose should address the issue of teachers’ authority under the different student.In this paper, I use the literature method, combining the theory of Gender Stereotypes and Cognitive Development on authority. I hypothesize:the teacher’s authority is different because of the vary areas, different gender and vary grades.Through writing the open questionnaire, I collect questionnaire items. Combined with relevant information, pre-test and modified form of reliability, I write the final formal questionnaire. Through the test, I find that the formal questionnaire has high reliability and validity. To supplement the survey and discuss deep-seated problems, we focus on factors and differences in teachers’ authority, designed and conducted semi-structured interviews with the control state.Then, I use simple random sampling and select the students in China as sample. Through a comparative analysis of the survey data, I proved that the hypotheses are all true. In addition, I analysis these results which are from questionnaire and interview, find that Our primary teacher’s authority obtains obedience more than respect; Teachers themselves are the decisive factors of primary school teachers’ authority; Pupils obey a higher degree of power at school; City elementary school teacher’s authority is stronger than the suburban and rural areas; Schoolgirls more respect and obey the teacher than boys; Low-grade primary school students tend to obey the beautiful or handsome teacher; High-grade primary school students tend to base on teachers’ attitudes and then choose to obey or not.Survey results show that teacher’s authority are different in primary schools. Based on this, I combine the findings of primary school teachers’ authority, putting forward that remodeling "respect teachers" ", focus on education construction in rural and suburbs, respect the student gender differences these three aspects to build rational authority of teachers in primary school.
