| As the inevitable result of educational development, teacher’s professionalization has gained more and more attention,and teacher’s practical knowledge is the key to teachers’ professional development. In China before the 1990 s have focused on research of teachers ’ intelligence or teachers ’ practice intelligence, the practical knowledge research started relatively late, so far only ten years, although the object of study has covered the preschool teachers, primary and secondary school teachers,university teachers and students in school, which is given priority to with primary and secondary school teachers, and have to discipline particularity analysis, but the lack of good teachers in rural areas of the research of this group.The object of the study is one of my teachers. Based on researching Practical knowledge theories, the thesis applies the narrative research methods of observing,interviewing and collecting for acquiring materials on true stories of the object of the study to analysis. And then, the thesis attempts to reveal the practical knowledge and its development direction demonstrated by the rural teachers for providing a mode and reflection to other rural teachers.According to analyze a large number of first-hand information,we found that teacher Y has six aspects of practical knowledge, including: Teachers’ educational beliefs about self knowledge, knowledge on the subject, knowledge about students,criticism on knowledge and personal knowledge. The knowledge of these six aspects is connected in series into a complicated system, which is static and dynamic when needed. And then the research on the generation of teacher Y’s practical knowledge is analyzed, we found teacher Y’s practical knowledge mainly has four generating source: life experience, teaching reflection, colleagues sharing and exchange of training observation. On the basis of the framework of the practical knowledge analysis and the discovery and understanding of the research, the researcher constructs a new practical knowledge analysis framework based on the framework of the practical knowledge analysis by Professor Chen Xiangming.. At the same time,researcher proposed three suggestions based on this research : education training unit to pay attention to teacher training teachers’ reflection awareness, personal teacher should pay attention to the advance of theoretical knowledge and self knowledge management, and teachers training mode in order to participate in the training mainly. |
