Teacher’s practical knowledge based on personal life and teaching history apply to specific situation and dynamic knowledge of the system through reflection and recognition of teachers in the teaching activities of the individual. With the development of education cause in our country and the implementation of the new curriculum reform basic education, people begin to pay close attention to teacher’s professional development, at the same time, teacher’s practical knowledge have also been the attention of the scholars and front-line teachers.The author adopts the literature method, interview method, classroom observation, and narrative research methods to narrate the comprehensive situation of Xianzhuang Elementary School mathematics teacher, Mr. Zhang. This part analyzes the content and the formation of teacher’s practical knowledge, on the basis of which summarize the research conclusions and recommendations.This paper will be divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction. This part mainly introduces selected topic reason, literature review, purpose and meanings of the research, the selection of the research object, the considerations of the research ethics, research ideas and methods and the difficulties and innovation points of the research.The second part is about comprehensive situation of teacher Zhang. According to interviews and observation records, this part narrates the teacher Zhang’s life, teaching experience, the generalization of Xianzhuang Primary School, the evaluation of teacher Zhang and classroom teaching of teacher Zhang.The third part is to analyze the content of teacher Zhang’s practical knowledge. Through the summary of teacher Zhang’s comprehensive situation, this part analyzes teacher’s practical knowledge such as the education belief, moral knowledge, interpersonal knowledge, discipline knowledge, teaching strategies of teacher Zhang. The fourth part is analyzed the formation of teacher Zhang’s practical knowledge. Combined with the research need to read the comprehensive situation of teacher Zhang, this part chooses the formation of teacher Zhang’s practical knowledge to discuss the six ways:life experience, the education experience, cooperation and communication between colleagues, teacher study and training, self-study and teaching experience and reflection.The fifth part is divided into research conclusions and recommendations. On the basis of above research, this part summarizes the essential attribute and living soul of teacher’s practical knowledge, and puts forward to two suggestions:for one thing, teachers should set up the lofty ideal; for another thing, teachers should pay attention to their own learning.
