With the continuous development of the information, a variety of electronic devices are widely used in our life. Computers, tablet computers, mobile phones is necessary for us to learn, work and entertainment. Often using the computer make the students recognize the common sense of computer knowledge and simple operation, however, the original rational concept is the key to information technology course and the value of these concepts teaching is to help the children improve the structure of the information technology course, deepen understanding of the essential characteristics of the information technology course. It was also because of often using computer, before entering the information technology class, students has some starting point of learning. They explain some knowledge of the computer use their experience, but these experiences may be wrong, wrong former concept will directly affect the students learning. So, before the formal lesson, it is very important to understand the student’s former concept.In the field of the concept transformation strategy, "technology" got the favor of many researchers, especially the researchers of educational technology. However, how to make the technology more efficiently in conceptual change strategies, CTCL paradigm mentioned that "technology" should be taken into consideration in view of cultural background and the relationship between learners and content, such technology is efficient technology. Starting from the students, understand students’ learning obstacles, find the most suitable technology to remove obstacles.Play to the technology of the highest efficiency in the classroom.Based on the above problems, the author chose binary unit of information technology, in order to understand the student’s former concept and design effective teaching to reverse their mistakes, the author carried out the following research.First, the author based on the survey of the concept of binary unit, we determine the students existed former concept in binary unit.The former concept can be summarized as the following four:"literal association",’"bit ’deviation", "concept vague" and "empty impression".Second, According to the former concept of learners and the characteristics of the study, the author chooses the game to change the concept of teaching.Third, the implementation of the teaching experiment, the author chose a experimental classes and a comparative classes. Through pre-testâ†' implementationâ†'post-test complete the experiment.The test results show that, first, before learning, learners generally exist cognitive bias, and each learner’s cognitive bias is not the same, the causes are grouped. Two, technology should be considered in relevance between learners and learning content.
