For the benefit of Jining, harmony of Jining, better meet the needs of Jining mass fitness and entertainment, has very important practical significance.This research using the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, interview method, mathematical statistics, logic induction and other methods, from the Shandong Jining23 rd provincial games venues overall layout, the layout characteristics and the influence on venues after the game use, sports venues reconstruction after the game, after the open utilization,consumers’ satisfaction, the venue operator satisfaction in facility operation policy, and the main problems existing in operation are analyzed the utilization of the provincial games venues after the game and gives the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion of the utilization level of ascension venues, the specific conclusions of this study are as follows:1. The overall layout of the venue of Jining follow dispersion and concentration, the combination of urban areas and counties have venue distribution, main stadium is located in bayhood new district. Construction site is located in the suburbs of the city, the traffic is very convenient, service facilities is more perfect, form a complete set of commercial housing has been built, but the occupancy rate is low, the present facility operation difficult.2. After the provincial games, Jining city, according to the type of venue respectively adopted different transformation measures, improve the service function, has realized the opening to the outside world, and according to the characteristics of the venue to take different management mode.3. From the consumer satisfaction, sports venues of unreasonable fees, too expensive; For the venue facilities and environment satisfied; Provide product quality is satisfied for the venue.4. From operator’s point of view facility operation mainly exist in the aspects of funds,policy and regulatory issues.5. Jining city can through innovation venue management operation mode, repositioning consumer groups, in addition to satisfy large events, more services in school, community, in order to improve the venue after the utilization.
