The Research On Status Quo And Maneuver To Resource Development Of Sichuan Stadium

Sichuan Stadium is a synthesis sport stadium in Sichuan provincial capital, Chengdu. It can hold basketball, volleyball, badminton competitions as well as entertainment performances. The research objective is going to bring up maneuvers according to definition of Sichuan Stadium resources and status quo analysis of its development. It will enable Sichuan Stadium allocate social function and economic function efficiently while under developing sport industry of China.The research on status quo and maneuver to resource development of Sichuan Stadium which is typical public stadium in major city of China has denotation to two points. It will make a reference to Sichuan Stadium management, and also apply for other resources developing of public sport stadium.By the means of documentaries searching, field visiting, expert interview, logic analysis and comparison analysis, the research analysed attribute of sport stadium, then status quo and problems about social resources, construction resources, human resources and intangible assets of Sichuan Stadium, afterwards compared stadiums of Macao, Guangzhou and Xi'an. Finally, it make conclusion on four respects which are opportunities and obstacles co-existing on developing social resource, construction resource development deficiency, human resource enhancement encouraging, intangible assets insufficient and maneuvers for resources development of Sichuan Stadium. It also suggest that Sichuan Stadium ought to seize social resources to allocate economic and social benefits, and enforce internal construction to promote human resources as well as coordinate with city to get preferential policy.
