Teachers teaching as to improve teachers’ professional development, important way to improve teaching quality, more and more get the attention of people, but as "scientific xingjiao" wave of "scientific research hing school" push forward, we also found that the teachers’ teaching exists many problems, such as research ’tropism formalized problem, research questions, the teacher passively participate in the research, of course, the reason have a system is not sound, management is not perfect, but the deeper reason lies in the teachers’ teaching lack of deep care of daily life, the value of the lack of a good ecological culture lead level ascension and wise self-restraint.Teachers’ teaching and research of ecological culture is from the Angle of ecological culture to study the teachers’ teaching and research work, the purpose is to promote the benign development of teachers’ teaching and research, the path is to analyze the teacher’s teaching and research of ecological environment, make teachers’ teaching and research of cultural factors in the interaction,interdependence formed in a dynamic balance, interactive state of symbiosis, the overall correlation,the fundamental way of life is to change teachers’ teaching and research, improve the level of teachers’ professional development.This research through to the teacher’s teaching and research of ecological culture connotation,analysis of the characteristics of the field and, combined with field investigation and study, A school found in individual teacher’s ecological culture teachers’ understanding of research comparing the perceptual field, research lack of systematic knowledge, the research of the problem of time, space,Ecological culture field in teaching and research group common vision for grafting, transactional leadership characters orientation, the rigidity of the single activity system, the problem of the atmosphere of harmonious development; In the peripheral environment ecological culture field school material culture, spiritual culture and the way of democratic management needs to be improved and perfected.The reason causing the above problems, mainly pragmatism orientation of teachers’ teaching and research, teachers’ professional autonomy; Influenced by traditional culture shackles, the educational research group function weakened; Traditional way of thinking, cultural construction details are neglected. To this end, we attempt to propose the teacher teaching and research for the construction of ecological culture path, through establishing the identity, the formation of teachers’ professional autonomy; Restore the educational research group function, form the research community; Promote cultural blend, build teaching characteristics; Eventually form teacher’s teaching and research of ecological culture, improve the level of teacher’s professional development,improve the quality of school teaching level.
