Based on the theory of cognitive psychology, this research is devoted to theeffectiveness of the practical teaching research on 1earning physics from exampleand by doing at middle school.1n the experiments, we try to design the 1earning material of heChanica1y1bration andhechanica1 kre. The students study the material. After the studentscomp1ete the materials, the result was got by the examination. The attitude ofstudent about "the learning from examp1e and by doing" is obtained throughquestionnaires. The study experience of the students is recorded by the methodof oral rePOrt.Through the experiments and analysis, the results are as fo1lows:1. "Learning from exanples and by doing"achieved notable results for the ordinaryclasses of the experiment.2. There is no difference between the ma1e and fema1e students in the c1asses.3. The experiment results in no remrkab1e success yet has no de1ayed effectsin the important c1asses.4. The students have uniform1y reported that 1earning from examp1es had a slight1ypositive effect on learning in the important classes.5. The positive reports from the ordinary classes are better than the importantc1asses, especially the male students of the ordinary c1asses fel1 much betterthan the fema1e students in the important classes.6. There is the most positive aspect on "the learning from examp1es and by doing"that can deve1op the students. overal1 ability on study.
