This thesis is the research about the child negotiation behavior. The author thinks that child negotiation behavior refers to a process of the behavior of exchanging information, coordinating ideas, intentions and needs, at last reaching an agreement between children and their compeers. The author divided the main types of child negotiation behavior through the analysis of the statistics and the episodes and revealed the essential features of child negotiation . Finally we put forward some proposals for training on the sense of negotiation and negotiation capability of children at kindergartens. Each child negotiation episode consists of definite " motif, "strategy" and "outcome". According to "motif we can divide negotiations into the object-oriented and the perspective-oriented. By "strategy" we can divide negotiations into the individual orientation and the bilateral orientation. According "outcome" negotiations can be divided into the win-win outcome, the compromising outcome and the lose-lose outcome. The author thinks that we should pay more attention to child negotiation behavior and present the requirement "training on the sense of negotiation and negotiation capability of children " in the objectivities of kindergarten curriculum . Here, the most important thing is to foster the capability of "perspective-taking". Moreover we should train on "the sense of strategy and strategy capability". Teachers should provide more opportunities for children to communicate and negotiate with each other in their daily life at kindergartens. For 73.8% percent of child negotiation behaviors take place in the play, the teachers should utilize this essential way of behavior to strengthen the observing, guiding and assessing of child negotiation behaviors.
