| As change is always the striking part of enterprises' environment, to accommodate themselves to all kinds of changes has become one of the basic tasks of enterprises. In the process of adapting to the changeable and more and more complex environments, training is endowed with more and more important function, the effect of which has direct influence on the survival and development of enterprises. It is also the key factor for enterprises to win in furious competitions: whoever owns high-qualified trainers will possibly have high-quality training and win in the process. However in China comparatively fewer studies on the profession of enterprise trainers, which are necessary in fact, have been conducted. Therefore concentrated on enterprise trainers, this paper is aimed to make some contributions in this research area.Firstly the paper is to make discussion on the background of the profession of enterprise trainers. Nowadays knowledge and information is transmitted in more and more ways and with quicker and quicker speed, it is impossible for people to get all the knowledge they need in life on one time. The innovation of technology results in the change of the structure of professions and the content of labor, which requires employees to keep study in their life in order to undertake different profession and to fit in the new task. The profession of enterprise trainers is one of the important parts of life-long study, learning organization requires for professional trainers, and therefore study on enterprise trainers is one of the important subjects in the area of training and development.Then is the main part of the paper: the professional analysis on enterprise trainers. Based on research findings on enterprise trainers inside and outside China, breadthwise on three levels: macroscopical level, on medium level and on microcosmic level, the paper conducts deeply analysis on the profession of enterprise trainers including analysis on job patterns, on roles and on professional competence. Furthermore lengthways it analyzes the professional competence requirement for enterprise trainers on different professional scales.Finally through a great deal of work on data of enterprise trainers from internet and on-site interview, this paper makes clear the status quo of the training staff in China; their professional contribution and the problems they are faced with. Aimed at these problems, it presents some suggestions on how to improve the professional level of the Chinese enterprise trainers: specifically to set up professional organizations from top to bottom; to emend the professional standards on the basis of professional investigation and job analysis; to strengthen the legislation and execution of laws in training markets; to integrate the internal and external experience of training to find a better way out; and to press on with the research and development of enterprise trainers' profession. |
