Because domestic enterprises pay more attention to the enterprise training, the demand for trainers becomes larger, especially the internal trainers, and enterprises always do a variety of TTT(Train the Trainer) training. But the existing training mode of the trainers is basically used in the traditional classroom teaching mode. In this mode, trainers always learn theory knowledge, but do less practice. And the trainer training activities out of the general staff. Deepen the distance between the instructor and the general staff. Today’s society with more learning tools, and mobile learning has been widely used in enterprises. The use of traditional classroom teaching model is not suitable. In this paper, through the implementation of blended learning of training to explore the specific effect of the trainer.This paper is divided into seven parts to carry out the discussion. The first and second chapter describes the current enterprise trainer training mode, as well as the training model of the existing problems. Trainer’s theoretical knowledge and practical ability is not consistent. The essence of the trainer will be lost with the end of the training. And the training is lack of staff motivation. And proposed the introduction of mobile model, optimize the traditional training model, so that it can become a combination of online and offline training mode, to improve training efficiency.The third chapter mainly analyzes the environment and demand of the training of the enterprise from the angle of the enterprise. Pointed out that enterprises hope that the training can select trainer, produce course and improve employee positive. And the reason why enterprise use WeChat. And the learner has the heavy duty, and the individual difference is bigger.The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter details the design and implementation of the training activities. Take the selection part to online, to prompt trainer to use the knowledge that learning from offline to make courseware. In order to help the trainer absorb the classroom knowledge in practice. The training course will be divided into three parts, at the end of every part the trainer can get feedback at the first time.The sixth chapter analyzes and discusses the evaluation results of trainers and the performance of teachers in the training. The judges will give the trainer a score by watching the micro videos which made by the trainer. Final training division score mean results for 83.3%, and previous classroom teaching mode lecturer after the final average 81 points in the t test, two tailed P = 0.029, greater than 0.01 and less than 0.05, so the mode of combining online and offline training division showed the more color, the teaching ability has been improved.The seventh chapter summarizes the application and deficiency of this paper, which can provide reference for the follow-up study.
