Along with the trend of longevity and the improvement in health, many people want to obtain employment opportunities again, in order to get more earnings or realize their value. But they have to retire because of the system, and the government doesn't efficaciously support them in employment of the elderly human resource. In fact, the more education people accept, the shorter time they will work. So it is a kind of waste of human resource. In the times of ageing, it is a very important issue how to use people's ability entirely in their work. Based on the 5th population censuses data, from the perspectives of demography, sociology, economics and psychics, this thesis makes both quantitative and qualitative analyses of the aging in Beijing and try to find huge labor potential in them. Under the guide of the human resource management theory and relative foreign experience, the thesis put forward the flexible retire forum and give a feasible advice on the job design, compensation and training on old employee.
