This article is based on the writer's teaching of years, using the research production of the diversity. Combing our country's features, the writer tries to perfect the diversity factor in the system of class teaching, do some microcosimic research about teaching strategy and teaching mode in the field of teaching designing and provide a substantial and practical "diversity teaching mode" and "diversity teaching strategy" as well as clarifying some opinions."Diversity teaching" is led by setting up general correct view of diversity and diversity teaching, based on the actual diversity of students, focusing on the diversity of the student' development. By adjusting to the diversity, implanting and utilizing it ,the writer tries to explore the strategy to adapt it to the students' diversity and their development need, strive to realize the real diversity teaching and diversity education facing different students.This article will do some thorough meticulous and scientific research of diversity teaching strategy and mode. It also provides typical case for illustration with both theory and teaching practice, aiming to give math teachers edification.
