Enhance The Rational Study Of The Effectiveness Of Ideological And Political Education

Strengthening the effect of the ideological and political educating of college students is the important problem for the ideological and political education of college students to solve. This paper firstly analyses the intension, characteristic and type of the ideological and political education of college students. On the basis of the practice of the ideological and political education of college students, the paper analyses the main factors influencing the effect of the ideological and political education of college students from such aspects as education aim, educators, college students, educational means, educational system, the environment of education. In order to strengthen the effect of the ideological and political education of college students, the principle of suitable tension, the principle of educator's and student's initiative, the principle of cooperation with education factor, must be followed in the ideological and political education of college students. At last, the paper comes out some countermeasures to strengthen the effect of the ideological and political education of college students, that is, to design new educational aim system, to intensify the accomplishment of educators, to make the students accept of education efficiently, to improve the education means, to make college environment better.
