Since the American anthropologist Margaret Mead had insight into the rapid social changes bring profound influence to the youth's socialization, she put forward "post-figurative culture" firstly. The scholar of our country have some research results about the youth's socialization for translation, and create " cultural feedback," pointing out that "the most basic characteristics of post-figurative culture inheritance model" to " cultural feedback," which makes cultural transmission and the demonstration of intergenerational routes the traditional,one-way,elders to younger people changed, and which is and has had to two-way, interactive intergenerational routes, this kind of change deeply influences the development of the ideological and political education of college students.This article takes the Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics as a guide, mainly using the literature method, comparative research method and empirical research method, based on the era and development of society, the new situation for the ideological and political education of college students as the background, through the unique perspective of post-figurative culture, from the post-figurative cultural phenomenon, focusing on post-figurative cultural characteristics:knowledge updates speed to accelerate, the entire social and cultural tendency to young college students; cultural feedback significant advantage; college students and elders among the cultural conflict; Based on this idea, Zhejiang province seven different types of universities teachers and students in related empirical research, further illustrates the relevant circumstances for ideological and political education of college students, combining SWOT analysis system, this paper summarizes post-figurative culture of the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges from the perspective of the ideological and political education of college students; Then, actively exploring innovation measures of post-figurative culture for the ideological and political education of college students, so as to further enhance the post-figurative culture from the perspective of the ideological and political education; finally get back post-figurative culture on university students political education.
