Jino Pupils Social Skills Development And Its Influencing Factors In The Model Construction,

The social skills are competence forming and developing during interacts between people; it involves behavioral, emotional and cognitive component. It is more important of social skills of childhood as distinct short-term and long-term effect to children development.Yunnan province is an area composing of frontier, mountain and nationality, so it is very important to construct frontier and open out-west mat investigate strategies for advancing psychological making of different nationality students. Jinuo nationality is a special nationality with a few people in Yunnan. Pupils are the future of Jinuo nationality, so it is very important to advance the level of their social skills, help their build up harmonious relationship and adapt social environment that study their social skills. By review the literature about social skills, researcher finds out that: (1) there is little information about social skills of nationality students ;(2) nowadays studies of influence factors about social skills are tousy and unilateral, but in a tendency of conformity, in addition, there was a study used SEM (Structure Equation Model) to investigate children's social skills and its influence factors.The research consists of two parts. The first part focus on investigating developmental status of social skills of Jinuo pupils, the second one base on first phrase's research. The author establishes model between social skills and its influence factors of Jinuo pupils.The research show: (l)Jinuo pupils' social skills involve behavioral, emotional and cognitive components, thereinto, emotional component are the most important (it contains social anxiety and the sense of loneliness), behavioral component contains skills about environment, trans-relationship, self and duty, cognitive component contains inner-attribution for fail, effectiveness and propriety of strategies.(2) Jinuo pupils' social skills is influenced by factors of demology, character, trans-relationship, thereinto, factors of trans-relationship influence most.
