English abstract: The age ot knowledge-based economy requires the teacher to keep pace with time, and to study continuously and perfect themselves in order to cuctioate talents the society needs. A new round transformation of elementary education puts forward new requirements about the teachre's role, demanding the teacher not to be the crafts man to preach, teach and dispel doubt any more but to be the educator mastering the conception of modern education and fitting in with the course reformation. The teacher should adjust his own concern of occupation, and attach importance to the active study of the student, and pay close attention to the development of the student's individuality; The teacher shoud attach importance to the process of study, and optimize the way of information-enchanging; Equal and harmonious relationship between teathers and students shoud also be promoted; and individuality should be made open in teaching. The teacher should become the participator, promoter and instructor with teacher , student, patriarch, society etc,and become reseacher of educational teaching and student's learning, and become model of life-long study and selfdevelopment. Only through this are teachers able to give full play to their inside function for carrying out new courses and to promote the advance of educational career, and to fulfill the historical misson of teacher's role, and to realize the revival the Chinese nation.
