Preschool Preschool education in our country is an inseparable part of basic education.We need to comprehensively strengthen the construction of kindergarten teachers in the new era and improve the quality of preschool education.The turnover of preschool teachers has a great impact on the quality of education,and the instability of preschool teachers is also a practical problem to be solved.We should attach great importance to the turnover tendency of preschool teachers,grasp the dynamics,and take timely measures,so as to promote the high-quality development of preschool education.The occurrence of major public health events has different degrees of impact on preschool teachers.This epidemic situation makes them face greater challenges and puts forward new requirements.Where will preschool teachers go?Are teachers’ leaving influenced by their perceived organizational support and job remodeling? How does this affect teachers’ turnover intention? The researcher takes the sense of organizational support of preschool teachers and the remodeling of preschool teachers’ work as the breakthrough point,and carries on the theoretical and empirical analysis,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,so as to provide some theoretical and practical reference for the development of preschool education.The research object is 435 kindergarten teachers in Shihezi area.The data are collected by using the questionnaire of kindergarten teachers’ work remodeling,the questionnaire of kindergarten teachers’ sense of organizational support and the questionnaire of kindergarten teachers’ turnover intention.The overall situation,differences,correlation and mediating role of kindergarten teachers’ turnover intention,kindergarten teachers’ work remodeling and kindergarten teachers’ sense of organizational support are tested and analyzed.The results show that: 1.The overall situation of kindergarten teachers’ job remolding,sense of organizational support and turnover intention is good,but the development level of each dimension of kindergarten teachers’ job remolding and sense of organizational support is different.2.Kindergarten teachers’ job remolding has significant differences in establishment,nature of kindergarten,marriage,length of teaching and monthly income;kindergarten teachers’ sense of organizational support has significant differences in establishment and monthly income;kindergarten teachers’ turnover intention There are significant differences in gender,establishment and length of teaching.3.Job remodeling and its dimensions are negatively correlated with turnover intention;organizational support and its dimensions are negatively correlated with turnover intention.4.Organizational support plays a mediating role between job remodeling and turnover intention.The results show that job remodeling can directly affect the degree of turnover intention of kindergarten teachers,and it can also affect the degree of turnover intention of kindergarten teachers through the sense of organizational support.This study puts forward the following suggestions: kindergarten teachers should deepen the value of cognitive work remodeling and actively carry out targeted remodeling;help kindergarten teachers form work remodeling that is consistent with organizational goals;optimize the role of kindergarten teachers’ sense of organizational support by combining material care and humanistic care.
