This paper employs the narrative inquiry approach. In natural settings, theresearcher focuses on interpreting the stories of teachers in the course ofschool-based curriculum development. Its purpose is to find which aspects theschool-based curriculum development takes influences on teachers, basing onseveral real stories.This paper is looking for the educational significance in the situation. Itprefers to use the way of "bottom to up". I go near to the world of the teachers'work and life. Using the narrating, I try to keep their real situation and feelings.Basing on it, I take a task for the research of teachers'professional growth andcontributing a little to our educational study.This paper is following two directions.Firstly, it focuses on five teachers. I try to show how the project and theirpersonal education life affect their professional growth. Then I analyze thestimulatives and obstacles, on the purpose of offering some beneficial experiencefor counterparts.Secondly, I take a further reflection on their growth and on the school-basedcurriculum development. I hope that my research can offer some inspiration forothers.Here are the four stories from the five teachers.Story 1: Huang Yan-zi, a new teacher. She explores the field of students'organization, and expands the sources with a university teacher.Story 2: Wu Di, a physics teacher. Her teaching covers both experiments andnetwork.
