With the world's appeal for creative persons of high quality becoming moreand more strong, the demand from society and families for further education afterstudents graduate from junior middle school is becoming greater and greater. Sothere is a good opportunity for senior high schools. Now most of the students goto key and ordinary public high schools. And some other students enter theprivate schools. But most of these students have learning disabilities. So studyingthe actual state cause of formation and solution /advice of the learning disabilitieswill contribute to find effective teaching pattern for private schools improve thestudents'schoolwork and promote the quality of private schools.The results of this research are as follows:1. The number of the students with learning disabilities distributes normal. And there is an obvious difference between the behaviour-emotional learning disabilities and developing or studying learning disabilities .2. There is no clear difference among the same grade . But the senior grade 1 is the least serious and the senior grade 2 is the most serious in learning disabilities.3. There is no clear sexal difference as a whole. But as far as behaviour-emotional learning disabilities concerned. There is a notable difference between girls and boys.4. The factors leading to learning disabilities vary largely. And most of the students owe their learning disabilities to teaching factors.
