With the development of the society and the requirement of the practice , the foundational education reform of our country is advancing the quality-oriented education. In order to carry out the quality-oriented education, subject teaching is considered to be the main channel. To culture the educational object to be the high qualified constructive talents, the qualified education of history is needed. But there are serious drawbacks in the historical teaching mode of the middle school at present. They have weaken the due position and function in the quality-oriented education of history.
