Javelin throw project is a kind of field events, for which strength is basis speed core, and combination of speed and strength key. According to the throwing order, the technique of Javelin throw can be divided into 4 parts: holding javelin, run-up with javelin, delivery and maintaining balance. In the javelin throw research field, the research of the right leg exerting oneself form and right foot supporting after crossing step, is the focus question that the javelin circle pays close attention for a long time. After the cross-stride, the main task of the right leg landing is to reduce the supporting time, to let the left leg land in order to reduce the horizontal loss of speed as much as possible, to take shape of pair support and exert oneself in order to make the best posture of having an effect fast, and create conditions for the javelin to fly. This text applies the law of documents and materials, three-dimensional video analytic method, mathematics and physics statistic law to have a research on our country's outstanding men javelin athlete' right side technology after cross-stride. The result indicates that the horizontal speed of the body weight center and the right horizontal speed of hip of 8 athletes of our country drop more; in this stage, the back obliquity of the trunk changes greatly and the screwing degree of it is not enough. Throwing range of the arm is small and movement of the arm's turning over is relatively early; in the stage of the right leg's supporting, the time of the right leg amortizing is longer, the range that the right knee amortizing is relatively large, assignment of the amortizing time and...
