The phase of final thrust was studied with means of 3D motion analysis and sEMG single analysis, even simul, to advance the level of Chinese javelin team.The main elements of"whipping"action,"full bow"action, hand performance and supporting action of lower limbs were researched as mostly content. So the final force was divided into three smaller stages, namely, the formation of double-support phase, the formation of full bow stage and the formation of hand status. In order to get more exactly data, borderlines of each phase was not only one sort,the principle was followed, one sort was placed with basic, the others were referenced.The concrete work of the support of lower limb was summarized in this article, including the right leg support, the left leg support, double-support with the main support of left or right leg. And then, the Kinematics Characteristics of the support of lower limb was studied, it's found that, the form of time of each phase was taken on of definite rule, that can weigh the work of lower limbs right or no; the measured value of the last step was less than the theory's; by researching the angles of the support of lower limbs, something was wrong in the value of angles; the proportion of increment of javelin centroid velocity of different athlete was taken on the same tend. At the same time, also found that, the loss rate of body center gravity was corresponded with the speed of javelin.The meanings of angles in this article were expressed by chart and letters in the moment of studing the"full bow"action. Suggestions were put forward to the problems about the angles of the full bow action. In this section, postpone action before the motion as a full bow before was analysed simply, and it's found that right elbow of seven women's javelin athletes bend and energized ahead of schedule.In the three-dimensional space, the variety form of the whipping motion of upper limb was the same as the previous study, it's accelerated and braken from the upper arm to hand, but we should put more attention to the phenomena that right elbow of seven women's javelin athletes bend and energized ahead of schedule. Different athlete has different thumbprint, in this article, it's different in the opportunity of handing left with four sorts, the first point is at the maximum velocity after elbow joint having the maximum value, the second point was to the trough of the velocity line of the wrist joint, the third point of the peak velocity of the wrist joint after shaking contained both cases, the peak speed was larger than the first peak speed of hand, and another was lesser.One object was anlysed by JE TB0810 EMG acquisition system to get some information about the right upper limb. It's found that, MF and MPF in the result of a single spectrum had highly significant linear correlation as the same as AEMG and SPA; there had significant linear correlation between the standard deviation and the Maximum in average of data analysis as the same as the average leve and IEMG. In this article, the orders of activation and inactivation of muscles and persistent time were also analysed. Finally, this article would also like to stress that, the whole course was an ens, each phase placed the same important part and impacted on each other.
