Since 1980s,there is a reflective ethos in teachers' education domain in the world.It accelerated the professional development of teachers.Now,in reality world,many theory researchers of university walk in school with equal and talked partner pose.In order to improve the professional development of teachers,they take part in the educational practice.I put forward the theme of "research on teachers' teaching reflection at the background of university-school cooperation" so that I can research the issue.My purpose is to analyze teachers' teaching reflection based on the concrete evidence research,explore some tactics of teachers' teaching reflection at the background of university-school cooperation,and build a window of improving researcher-teachers' growing up.This thesis is divided into five parts:Part Ⅰ ,the author introduces the research reason,documentary summarize,research value and research method.Part Ⅱ ,on the basis of the concrete evidence research analyzes the case with quantitative research.Part Ⅲ , maily about the relation of university-school cooperation,teaching reflection and teachers' action research.Part Ⅳ ,we analyzes the teachers' teaching reflection at the background of university-school cooperation.Including factor in the teaching reflection,course analysis,main ways and puts forward four tactics,such as interaction tactic,cooperation tactic,research tactic and assessment tactic.Part Ⅴ ,the reflection about the research and prospect.After reflecting the reseach,I advance some following research questions. |
