Being the first condition and important content of scientific developing viewpoint, taking human as basic factor is not only inheritance and development of the humanism tradition in Chinese history, but also the guild thought to strengthen and improve undergraduate's ideological and political education. Implementing the theory into ideological and political education can improve education effects and quality of graduates ideologies and politics, Finally it can also promote undergraduate's full development The essay expounds this theory requests , problems and measures. The main body of this paper consists of five parts.In the first part, through main embodiment and development of the theory in Maxism and Chinese history ,the implication and mental essence of this theory are emphasized in the abstract.In the second part, necessaries and urgencies to strengthen and improve undergraduate's ideological and political education are showed in some aspects, including subjects of ideologies and politics, inner and outer situations, widening and development of information technology and undergraduate's reality.In the third part, the essay tells us the main problems because of objecting the theory. Ideological and political education to undergraduates is lack of administrative levels, what undergraduates know is very different from what they do, teaching Maxism courses cannot embody subject ,few education ways and methods are applied .probing of developing principles is lack and humanity managements are inadequate.In the forth part, the essay requests we should respect and understand undergraduates, caring for undergraduates and exploiting undergraduates should be stickled to, we should develop and serve undergraduates as well.In the fifth part, the essay points out main measures which should be made use of to strengthen and improve undergraduate's ideological and political education., the essay suggests these in education source, content, methanism, means and so on .In this paper, history and reality reflect each other, explanations in theory are associated with the problems to resolve.
