Yuanpei Sound Personality Education Research

This article attempts to pass the study on educational thought of Cai Yuanpei's perfect personality, state the basic characteristic of modern education: Human being is goal.Only if we train the modern people with the personality of "free wills, independent personality ", could save our country fundamentally. Just because of this, Cai Yuanpei proposes that education should be consider the aspect of the education-receiver's ego and should be an undertaking of forming perfect personality. Perfect personality education regard the students as educational purpose, pay attention to the coordination of student's body and mind, pursue the harmony of the cognition , emotion and will, pursue the unity of individual and social, make great efforts to make five respects to develop harmoniously, namely moral , intellectual , sports , aesthetic and world outlook education so as to realize the freedom and independence of student's personality. Form perfect personality of student, education itself must have sound characteristic first. So, Cai Yuanpei proposed the education principle that people first of "all breed and develop simultaneously, educate mutual lying promote", "advocating naturally, developing the individual characteristic " etc, implement the guiding principle for running a school of " freedom of thought, incorporating things of diverse nature ", propose the opinion of " education independence ", make great efforts to entrust to education free, independent modern character. Cai Yuanpei's educational thought of perfect personality, had changed the basic direction of education, improved the characteristics of education, start the modern transition of the society of our country.If education realizes the modernization, it must place people on primary position. For the purpose of training perfect personality, respect the freedom, fullness and individual characteristics of the individual life. Only through these, our china can prosper.
