The Studies Of College Student's Healthiness Personality Problems

Perfect personality is an important Problem which scholars in and abroad researched from old age to now.It is also a hot problem focused on in contemporary theory circle.Recently,with the fast development of higher education in our country and the quick increase of university students,more attention was paid on the research of the Perfect personality and education of contemporary university students.In addition,educational research has centered from knowledge education and intelligence exploitation to personality cultivation.So how to cultivate Perfect personality is the first tenet of college education.From the historical and logical angles which were unified,firstly this paper laid stress on seven aspects to systematic research to the connotation of the contemporary students' perfect personality.First one is the personal consciousness of self-adamancy and respect;the second one is personal attitude of precisely perusing studies;the third one is the personality character of pursing truth and fact;the forth one is personality tropism of exploitation and innovation;the fifth one is interpersonal relationship of harmony and clemency;the sixth one is the personality tolerance of large-minded;the seventh one is the healthy and unclouded personality psychology.Then through comparison and analization,it concluded four characteristics of the contemporary university students' perfect personality:the unification of actualization and exceeding, generation and reformation,conformity and difference,stabilization and alterability. Research on the connotation and characteristics of their healthy personality aims to giving people a good knowledge of their personality status in order to better shape their perfent personality.Secondly,this paper gave a dialectic analysis for the personality status and the reason of contemporary university students.It also points out their personalitys' dualism.Most of them cared about the progress of society and country and supported reformation and opening just because they growed up as the old economic system collapsed and new economic system established.They keeped the value pursuit of spirit and ideal as well as real matter and reality.They keeped collectivity and society as first fiddles as well as they pay attention to self-worth.They keeped excellent and traditional value soul as well as tending to open and tolerant modem consciousness. As a result,their personality was always positive,warm and lively with a good development trend.However,because of the complicated effect of social environment and the uncertainty of development of their body and mind,some passive and laggard aspects existed in their personality development,such as the loss of self-value,the pinch of morality cognition and practice,the lack of self-adjustment.Lastly,according to their personality status and reasons,this Paper put forward educational strategy of handling quality including Socialist core values bringing up their personality;Olympic spirits training their personality;counselor s personality charming infects their personality;the education of psychological health shaping their personality;social practice exercising their personality;self-training refining their personality.
