"Education is rooted in love." Love is the most basic condition of education. Love is thedriving force behind the success of education. "Teacher love" embodies teachers' noble,responsible,ethical professional awareness, professional emotion and professional attitude tostudents. They throw the most noble feeling into the cause of developing people. Teacher love is thesoul of teaching profession emotion.But now, as a result of social, educational and personal factors, a teacher's love for students isin deformed development. Sparing no effort , teachers pay for the students a big ,giant love inopinionated manner, however , which is not felt by the students .Instead , they even viewthemselves harmed by the so called love.The paper departured from the practice of education, explained how to understand the meaningof teacher love thoroughly. From the point of view of the current understanding and practice, it gavea comprehensive,systematical study and analysis on the different improper performance and thereason of the teacher love . To this end, the paper initiated the study from the following aspects:Part One, it discussed the reasons for studying this issue. It took up the importance of studying"teacher love " differently from the point of reality, the reform perspective and personal background.It also had a brief summary of the relevant contemporary status quo study , to find theoretical basisfor the research and pointed out the existing problems ,thus lead to the research themes .Part Two, it deals with the core content and the nature of "teacher love". We believe that thecore content of "teacher love "is a kind of love beyond blood relations , a high moral realm,persistent matters of professionalism and education arts imbued with humane. The nature included" love without different grades, maturity, rationality etc."Part Three. It summarized the basic performance of "teacher love". According to the nature of"teacher love", it analyze the misunderstanding in carrying out "teacher love " from the followingfour aspects: fairness, rational, sincerity, equality.Part Four. From the social, educational ,and the teachers' own factors ,it analyzed separatelythe causes of the abnormal "teacher love".Part Five. It explored the basic strategy of remolding "teacher love". The paper will discuss theproblem from three aspects: innovating the concept of education;improving the quality of teachers;easing the pressure of teachers.Finally, it has a summary of the main points and presented the creative points and the problemswe need to pay more concern on in the following days .
