Shape Of The Perfect Personality Of The Modern Teacher

In recent decades, the relevant researches on teacher's personality of our country are becoming more abundant. These findings embody such several characteristics in terms of approach, focal points, and contents. The study tends to emphasize theoretic level, relatively less positive research. Questionnaires are more adopted, while there are few of other methods, such as measurement, observing, investigation, and interview. It can be seen that questionnaire investigation is used frequently, relatively less the quality research.On the research object, the study on teacher's personality concentrates more on teachers of middle school and grade in cities than on rural teachers, which is only one, and, in particularly, much less on teachers of university and infant. Most researches are involved in as follows: the study on personality of outstanding teacher or ideal teacher; the impact on teaching and student's development of teacher's personality; research about the influential factor of teacher's personality; research about teacher's personality; the mould of teacher's personality, etc..However, in general, there is less study on modern teacher's perfect personality. With the hope of moulding perfect personality, this essay probes into what kind of new demands to the development of teacher's personality will be proposed by the study-oriented society under the realistic condition, followed by the arrival of era of knowledge-base economy age and information-based society,This essay is divided into five parts. The first part is the proposition of the question. Based on the relevant documents of teacher's personality of the past ten years, this part proposes the realistic meaning in the research of teacher's perfect personality.The second part is the launch describing separately on personality, teacher's personality, the concept, intension and function of teacher's perfect personalityThe third part is to current situation of teacher's personality. At first, expound that the forming of teacher's personality is a gradual course of development. But under the realistic condition, it proves some teachers have certain personality defects.
