With the establishment of the market economy, the advancement of technology, theadjustment of industry structure and the transformation of labor market, the vocationaleducation must adapt to the demand of training advanced-diathesis workingmen andelementary special persons with ability. Only by innovating teaching system can thevocational school meet this need for teaching activity is a high systematized social activityand all the activities are carried through this frame that is set by the teaching system. Theteaching system innovation is to structure the teaching system according to the principal ofbeing practical and realistic, then to build a democratic and scientific teaching managementmechanism. The teaching system is only a kind of means .Man is the starting point and finalaim of all activities. The validity of the teaching system depends on how its aim is carriedout, that is how the students are advanced to develop. How to strengthen the validity of theteaching system is an important problem of the field of teaching system structuring.Having the Zichuan No. 2 vocational school of Zibo as a case, in this paper I tries tostudy the problems in the school system building in the school that is run by this school andthe Lutai Textile Company. The study uses the material research method, chatting method,observational method and the file analyzed method. The paper put forward somecountermeasures and suggestions. This paper is divided into five parts as follows.The first chapter: In the first chapter I firstly state why to choose this topic of studyingvalidity of school system, then give out a brief introduction of the progress of the school,which belongs to the two sides. Secondly I put forward the ways of this research. Andfinally I analyze the meaning of the notions.The second chapter: I firstly expound the meanings of school systems;then I discussbriefly the qualities and the characters of school systems.The third chapter: In this chapter I analyze and research on the materials that comesfrom the chatting, observation and the file collecting. Then I give out and analyzed theproblems in the present teaching system. 1.Some of the items of the teaching system are notpractical and realistic.2.The system itself is taken as final aim by some teachers.3. Theteaching system should get more flexible. 4.The teachers are short of consciousness of mainbodies in building the teaching system. 5.The teaching system lacks in strength inconducting.6.The school systems should be connected closely with the school culture .The fourth chapter: In this chapter aiming at problems mentioned above and theinfluencing factors, I put forward three countermeasures to strengthen the validity of theteaching systems. 1.We should build a man-based teaching system. 2.We should implementharmonious management and construct an environment in which all men are valued fromeach other.3.We should build school culture and store up deep culture details.
