Online Assessment System Applied Research In The Classroom

A new run of elementary education curriculum reform, after having profoundly analyzed the existing problems, distinctively proposed in the elementary education domain, education for all-round development should be implanted, the final appraisal of education be changed. It will establish an appraisal system that accords with the education for all-round development and promotes the development of students. And it will help set up the combination of formative assessment and summative assessment.With the deepening of curriculum reform, the existing assessment can't completely adapt to that of mew classroom assessment, thus requiring the reconsideration of the new assessment methods. Therefore, this topic proposed on-line assessment system, which is a formative assessment based on the information technology teaching in class.The article has first analyzed the present situation of the application of the IT to the assessment in teaching, discussed the theory and technology of on-line assessment system and proposed the designing plan of on-line assessment system and its application to the classroom teaching. My research includes: 1. proposed the design of on-line assessment and make careful plan to system framework, function module and database structure and finally realized the on-line assessment system with the application of ASP and database technology. 2. proposed application principles and process after the study of the on-line assessment application through case and summarize its function.At present, this system has been applied in IT class. It can extend to other classroom teaching with tests in different subjects. This topic has two characteristics: 1. the application of IT makes the new assessment system possible, realizing the formative assessment in classroom teaching; 2. provides immediate feedback, making for the individual study.
