Along with the development of social society it has become an important subject to do research into School-based Curriculum Development. Ever since the 1990s, many experts from home or abroad have made deep research and practical exploration on it in every possible angles and degrees These results provide us with theory awarding and practical experience.On absorbing the experience of course reform from other countries of the world the course reform in our country is just unfolding. We improve our reform steps after the performance of "The three-rated course management" policy. It greatly pushes our reform step in our country. The economic and culture are under-developed in Yunnan because of its location. A lot of researches are needed in School-based Curricular Development. In this paper, the author takes Lin Cang City as an example to do some researches.This paper contains three parts. The first part is about the defination, the present situation and the significance of School-based Curriculum Development. In the second part, the author analyzes the problems of School-based curriculum that exist in minority areas and also puts forward some proposals. In the third part, the author takes Lin Cang City as an example to investigate the present education situation and School-based Curriculum in minority areas.
