In June 1999,the State Council is promulgated "the decision that the State Council of Central Committee of Communist Party of China education about reforming and pushing forward quality education. Then, In June 2001, the Department of Education is promulgated " The Basic Education Curriculum Reform (Trial). " middle finger goes out, "carry out state, locality and school three levels Curriculum management for protecting and promoting the curriculum requirement for different regions,schools and students". At the same time, it also poses a new problem of the curriculum system construction:the school's curriculum must both reflect the national volition and meet the needs of personality development of students, it also consider the locality and school's dissimilarities. School-based Curriculum is a diversified course what the students need and interested, for students to select. It is in view of the local and the school's actual situation. It is guided by the policy of the state's education and in implemented in the national curriculum and the local curriculum's process to school sports as the main body.As the School-based Curriculum is a very important content, the national minority tradition sports has been competitive,cultural entertainment and fitness. Not only that, it has inherited the minority spirits of sports. It makes the students content on psychological and physiological and promote sound growth of our students both physically and mentally. It played a large role in preserving our culture and reinforcing the nationality cohesion.By the methods of literature, visiting, questionnaire, compare and statistics, this paper has made an analysis on the minority traditional sports resources and P. E. school-based curriculum of schools in Yunnan Province, based on 16 middle schools and 8 primary schools. According to the primary and middle school students'mind and body development, this text combines the actual conditions of extensive social basis and tremendous development potential in Yunnan.It makes full use of the advantages to integrate and develop the minority traditional sports and the School-based Curriculum in schools by a planned and selective way. The research of the thesis is exploring the national minority tradition sports and School-based Curriculum's incorporation. The purpose of adapting the development of the new curriculum reform. It is according to the relevant domestic and-international literature. In combination with the characteristics of geographical,national characteristics and the current situation of the basic education with the subject Yunnan national minority tradition sports, it is constructive. It can also develop and enlighten the excellent cultural tradition of our minorities. To strengthening of the Chinese nation and to develop the students'diverse attainment set a basis for forming life-time physical training idea. It can moderate education funds to be short and enrich the content of classroom teaching by introducing the minority nationality's traditional sports item.Finally, the writer makes a conclusion:For the minority traditional sports bring into the school-based curriculum of schools, the leaders and teachers have a positive and open attitude towards. To conduct school-based curriculum have certain foundation. Through the developmental research to the School-based Curriculum, inspires the P. E. teacher's enthusiasm to participation in the development of the minority traditional sports School-based Curriculum. It can fully utilizes the teacher's creative. It helps the P E teachers to improve their Professional competencies. To transform and process minority nationality's sports item of school sports so that it carry out in schools. So, developing the minority traditional sports School-based Curriculum has extensive social foundation and course resource. According to the study, to make a few revelations:the minority traditional sports School-based Curriculum is into the innovation in the teaching of PE with Scientific and reasonable exercise methods in Yunnan schools. To write a new and suitable teaching material for the minority traditional sports to improvement and make up the course resource of schools. What's more, it is necessary to strengthen teacher training. Advise Higher Normal College(CHNC) setting up the course of "the minority traditional sports School-based Curriculum" in the minority concentrated regions. It has to provide a forum for teachers exchange and the study by internet. For different interests of boys and girls, it has to adjust and remain unchanged. It has to adjust the local character,originality and historicity. It must pay attention to the safety to make School-based Curriculum play an active during their development process.
