Elementary Education Curriculum Reform has been spreading all over the country. New Curriculum is a new challenge for the teacher's role. Under the guideline of the New Curriculum's philosophy, curriculum is not only a closed textbook knowledge system, but also is a learning opportunity provided by teachers, which is the experience produced in the interaction between teachers and students. Teachers are not curriculum's executor simply, but also construct and develop curricula. Teaching in the classroom is not only transmitting process of simple knowledge between teachers and students, but also the communication and discourse between them. Teachers are motivators, organizers and dialogists in class teaching action. Teachers focus on students and consider them as absolute human beings. The application of New Curriculum promotes awakening of teachers' reflective practice consciousness. The valid promotion of New Curriculum also calls up teacher to be reflective practicer.In the teaching field, key teachers play an important role in Curriculum Reform. Their reflective practice is related to the prosecution of Curriculum Reform. This research penetrates into a school and probes ordinary reflective practice life between the single teacher and its staff under the background of Curriculum Reform by the qualitative research method, and two primary teachers are selected as research objects.The essay is composed of five parts.Chapter One includes putting forward the problem. The background of the research and reason why choosing it are introduced from three fields-the reality of Curriculum Reform, the theory of teachers' reflective practice and the researcher' s special experience.Chapter Two focuses on the selection of research objects and application of research method. This part can be divided into two parts. Section One introduces the growing background of the two teachers and their cooperation with the researcher. Section Two introduces qualitative research method simply. It also explains the cause of applying this method and the cooperation with two teachers. Chapter Three focuses on the two key teachers' reflective practice life. This part can be divided into two sections. It presents the living situation of teachers' reflective practice from the point of view of single and staff. It also explains the characters and influential factors of single teachers and their staff simply.Chapter Four explains the reflective practice life of primary Chinese teachers. It analyzes the background of Curriculum Reform's influence on teachers' reflective practice and its characters. And it also provides suggestion that we need construct reflective practice culture in which considers teachers as subjects in order to help improve teachers' reflective practice ability.Conclusion part stresses the significance of teacher's reflective practice in New Curriculum Reform again.
