In this study, from the theory of the reflective teaching approach, provides an overview of the relevant concept of reflective teaching and reflective teaching research and development, etc, systematically summed up the contents of reflective teaching, methods and strategies. Pointed out that in the context of reform of basic education in China, with the educational philosophy of the updates and teaching practice in education research, development, reflective teaching has become their own teachers and professional development to improve the quality of an important way .Reflective Teaching from nature, characteristics, model and practice to reflect on four aspects of teaching history and current situation of the study.In this study, primary schoolteachers for the survey, self-reflective teaching tool for the investigation questionnaire, from the perspective of four different teachers in reflective study of teaching, comparative analysis of gender, seniority, qualifications, subjects and functions delegated by differences in the reflective teaching carried out on the significant differences in primary and secondary school teachers on reflective teaching in the course of carrying out the main problems of the countermeasures and suggestions put forward: 1, Deepen the teaching of primary school teachers to reflect on the meaning of understanding; 2, Create an external conducive to reflection; 3, Raise the awareness of teachers to consciously reflect on; 4, To reflect on ways to broaden and flexible strategy for the use of reflection.
