Urban Professional Women Participation In Recreational Activities Influencing Factors

With the improvement of people's life and the development of the society, the colorful leisure content and forms are showing vigorous and developing state. Spending leisure time has become a meaning identification of the civilization life of people. With promotion of females' position, their thoughts about leisure have also been changed. Professional females of city embrace comparative strong independent economy abilities, but have to undertake double pressure of family and work, so they feel more exhausted. Recreational sport, as a kind of healthy and positive leisure activity, is not only favorable to physically and mentally health, but also favorable to their mental attitude and the promotion to the quality of life. But not so many professional females participate in recreational sport now. So how to lead professional females to participate in recreational sport is a problem worthy of discussing.Researching on factors which influence professional females to participate in recreational sport is an important thing. Firstly, according to the former research fruit, the suggestion of experts and the results of factor analysis and analysis of variances, this research establishes the Influencing Factor System and Structural Model of participation in recreational sport of professional females in the city, including 8 sub-topic components and 33 bottom factors, namely individual characteristic factor, individual requirement factor, social life factor, recreational sport correlation factor, presupposition condition, place correlation factor, leisure environment factor and support factor. Secondly, this research sets up a Logistic model to analyze the relationship between the main factors (except the individual characteristic factor) and the situation of participation in recreational sport and analyze the feature of situation which professional females participate in recreational sport in Hangzhou and exam the correlation relationship between some variables, using the analytical method of descriptive statistics and correlation analysis. Thirdly, taking the case of professional females of Hangzhou, this research analyses and evaluates the relative aspects of external influencing factors concerns and recognizes the aspects which should be maintained and improved. Finally, on the basis of the Influencing Factor System and Structural Model of participation in recreational sport and together with the results of case analysis, this research brings forward a series of countermeasures to raise the professional females' participation in recreational sport in an all-around way.
