The 21st century is the rapid development centuries of information. Our Chinese language teaching in middle scho1 is facing the new question, the fast changing time background also gives the middle school Chinese language teaching a higher request. How to carry on the Chinese language teaching in the new time background is a new challenge for the language educational circles. In recent years the large quantities of successes language teachers have emerged. Weishusheng, the special-class middle school teacher, is one of the most famous teachers. He has summarized a set of effective teaching method through more than 20 years teaching practice. How to understand Wei's success experience has also become the hot topic of recent years in the educational world of middle school.This article tries to explain Wei's language teaching thought from the following four parts.This thesis aims to elaborate Wei Shusheng's educational thoughts of Chinese education from the following four parts:Chapter One serves as an introduction of Wei shusheng's modern comprehension and practice of the traditional cultural and moral sense of the Confucian school. It explains Wei shusheng's educational system from the perspectives of traditional cultural and moral sense of the Confucian school, the implementing strategies of moral education, and the cultivation of personality and moral quality; Chapter Two focuses on Wei shusheng's modern construction of the Confucian school's educational contents, which includes its major educational contents and the multi-aspect education based on daily life; Chapter Three tries to reveal the inter-relationship between Wei shusheng's educational thoughts and the traditional culture of the Confucian school from three aspects: the teaching method mainly based on learning, the successful practice of six-step teaching method, and the teaching method which combining administration with teaching; Based on its positive significance in modern Chinese teaching and the shortcomings in Chinese education reform, Chapter Four attempts to make an objective evaluation towards Wei shusheng's educational thoughts from.
