The aim of Biology skill is an important aim in the of biology.With the deep-going reform of the curriculum,the connotation and extension of Biology skill is gradually enlarging,and people's comprehension and knowledge to this skill is becoming perfecter by degrees.The article is under the guidance of Phychology,Pedagogy,Theory of curriculums,etc. And it is based on looking back to the development of biology skill and the comparison with the target of biology skill training conducted abroad,then it analyses and arranges the target of biology training which is under the theory of new curriculums.and it reaches an conclusion that senior high school biology skill is based on two basic skills: motor-skill and cognitive skill.which is formed by different sorts of Science Process Skills and based on Acquiring Scientific Quest Skills as the kernel.During the process of school education,text books are the kernel media.After the education department officially promulgated the《The new curriculum standards of biology in senior middle school》,according to the theory of curriculums,various sorts of testbooks were published and used in succession.This text selected Jiangsu education publishing house's and Renmin education publishing house's senior high school biology textbooks(compulsory course) as the objects of the research.It compared their design of biology skill and arrangement of the whole,further expounded the connotation and the demands of the target of senior high school biology skill under the theory of new curriculums.it commented on the installation of text books' biology skill and inquired into the problems which can be faced with and elements which have bad effect during the process of being carried out. Also,it drew a conclusion that we should attach importance to the whole training of investigation skill and the design of biology skill and the combination of biology skill's target and the integration of biology skill.These conculsions not only can be refered to when teachers are teaching students using text books,but also can be a help for revising testbooks from then on.
